Return Policy

Order Changes and Modifications
Changes to your order (e.g., adding or removing items, full or partial cancellations) must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. If a request to modify or cancel an order is made after 24 hours or once the order has shipped and/or been delivered, additional fees may apply.

To cancel or modify your order, please text or leave a message at 626-699-0371 or email us at onlyou2019@outlook.com within 24 hours of purchase. This allows us the opportunity not to order with the manufacturer.

If your order is canceled after 24 hours, a 25% restocking fee may apply, along with any applicable shipping/delivery fees. Most cancellation requests are processed within 1-3 business days. If the cancellation is successful and requested within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and accept delivered items to ensure they are free from damage and/or defects. Our delivery personnel will assist with this inspection process. By signing the delivery document, you confirm that:

The product has been received.

The product is free from damage and/or defects at the time of delivery.

If any issues are identified, such as damage or defects, you may refuse the item, take photos, and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Please also contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.

In cases where only a specific part (e.g., a damaged table leg) requires replacement or repair, we will promptly address the issue. If any parts are missing upon inspection, we will send the missing components as quickly as possible.

 

General Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The item is in new, unused condition.

The original packaging is intact (we recommend keeping the original packaging for 30 days after delivery).

All original product tags (if applicable) are still attached.

Items that have been assembled, installed, used, or modified are not eligible for a refund. DAE is not responsible for damage or issues reported more than 30 days after delivery, including but not limited to fading, seam separation, tears, or breaks.

A 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs (including return shipping) will be deducted from your refund, as returned items cannot be resold as new and may incur high storage and transportation costs.

 

Missed Deliveries and Refusals
If a delivery is refused for any reason, including but not limited to:

The item cannot fit through your doorway, hallway, or designated space (please check product dimensions carefully before ordering).

Inaccurate address or contact information.

Absence of the recipient to accept or sign for the delivery.

These situations will be treated as a missed appointment or delivery refusal and will be subject to additional fees as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

 

Liability Disclaimer
DAE is not responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of products purchased from our online store.

 

Pending Claims
If you have an open claim with DAE, we cannot process any new orders until the claim is fully resolved in accordance with our return policy.

 

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items without original packaging and/or tags (if applicable).
Products that have been assembled, installed, used, modified, and/or altered in any way.
